Job description: Assistant Teacher
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the educational and social development of children under the direction and guidance of the head teacher.
Duties:

Assist in the implementation of lesson plans and curriculum activities, providing support to the lead teacher.

Support children's learning and development through individual and group activities.

Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning. - Assist in creating engaging and age-appropriate educational materials.

Provide basic care, including feeding, diapering, and napping for toddlers.

Collaborate with teachers to monitor the development of each child.
Qualifications:

Previous experience working with preschool-aged children or in a childcare setting.

Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. - Ability to assist in curriculum development and lesson planning.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. - Proficiency in behavior management techniques.

Familiarity with working with children on the autism spectrum is a plus.

Basic math skills for educational activities.
